She stepped into Practice Management at Crosspointe in March 2025, where she enjoys supporting the staff and helping create a positive and efficient environment for both clients and patients. Not to mention, she is our clinic’s pug aficionado.
Amber still lives locally with her husband, toddler son, two dogs, Hagrid and Stella, and their orange kitty, Spyro. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, being outdoors, watching sports, and binge-watching the latest TV shows.
Katie
Head LVT
Katie is a Northern Virginia native. She started here at Crosspointe in 2013 as a veterinary assistant, and with encouragement from the doctors here, attended NOVA, where she completed her Veterinary Technician degree in 2018. Katie loves working with the big dogs—Labradors, Great Danes, Rottweilers, Dobermans, and Shepherds—and enjoys geriatric care, dental cleanings, and those patients who need a little extra patience and time to trust. She became Fear Free certified soon after obtaining her LVT license with the desire to help make patients’ visits here as calm and stress-free as possible. In her spare time, Katie enjoys traveling, going to wineries, reading, and spending time with her black lab Bucky (pictured here), who is the love of her life.
Angie
LVT
Angie joined the Crosspointe team in the spring of 2022 as a veterinary assistant but quickly began pursuing becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician. As a military spouse and mother of four, she spent many years focused on raising her family, but is now excited for this next chapter in her career as an LVT! She is our resident Corgi lover and melts anytime one walks through our doors.
Chloe
LVT
Chloe joined our sister hospital team as a Veterinary Assistant in 2016. She then graduated from the NOVA Veterinary Technology program in the Spring of 2018. She is now part of our Crosspointe team full-time. Chloe has a special interest in radiology and enjoys taking orthopedic X-rays. She hopes to become a certified PennHIP Technician in the future. Chloe has one at home: a black Labrador named Jack, and two cats (Charles and Weasley). While not at work, Chloe enjoys thrifting, reading, and anything having to do with Disney or Star Wars. She is getting a Labrador puppy at the end of 2026 and they will hopefully be competing in AKC and UKC hunting trials.
