Indoor Comfortable Boarding Facilities
Your pet will love the indoor boarding facilities at Crosspointe Animal Hospital. Our indoor kennels are a comfortable 72 degrees all year-round for your pet's comfort. We have kennels and runs available and we walk each dog individually three times a day with up to 2 additional walks available. Your pets are walked outdoors in one of two enclosed, well-maintained yards.
We feed your pets a bland beef and rice diet, but we have the ability to keep all kinds of diets. Feel free to bring your own pet food, including medications. Because we are a full-service hospital, our animal care specialists are trained to recognize signs of distress or illness in all types of pets.
Safety And Protection
Safety is key at Crosspointe Animal Hospital. For everyone's safety and well-being, we ask that you provide a copy of your pet's up-to-date vaccinations. Dogs and cats require up-to-date distemper and rabies vaccinations plus an annual stool check. This can be done before boarding or at check-in. We require that dogs have a Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine every 6 months.
Boarding Cancellation Policy
We require a 72 hours’ notice to cancel a reservation. Cancellations without a proper 72 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of the reserved boarding days, up to a maximum of 3 days per pet. A cancellation fee is also imposed for no-shows.
We welcome you to download our boarding agreement form and fill it out prior to check-in on the day of boarding. Ask about baths, nail trims, and many other services. Please come by our facility for a tour between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
